Hello from the Dirty Work Team! Our names are Kacey and Kyle. We are serial entrepreneurs who love working in the service industry. We have been running our detailing and cleaning business for 8 years before moving from Vancouver to Charlotte.

We take pride in the level of detail our team brings. Our primary focus when building Dirty Work was to create consistency in an industry that is hard to find, and that is why we have a satisfaction guarantee! We have high expectations for our teams, so we keep our team small. Each member completes a 1 month training program before working with our clients. And we, as owners, oversee every cleaning.
